1/2 pound Certified Angus Beef Patty with cheese served on a lightly toasted sesame seed bun

"Named after the original owner of the house" - Corned Certified Angus Beef brisket sliced thin and grilled with sauerkraut, covered in Swiss cheese and 1000 island dressing and served on a marble hoagie roll

Hamburger Hot Dog: $8.95
OK, so you can't decide between a dog or a burger, well check this out! It’s a 1⁄4 pound of Angus ground beef wrapped around a 1⁄4 pound dog! Served with cheddar cheese and topped with a pickle spear.

Capital Cheese Steak: $9.50
Thin sliced Certified Angus Beef sirloin steak grilled with onion and green peppers, smothered in fontina cheese and served on a steamed hoagie roll

Capital Punishment: $19.50
Two butterflied 1/2 pound Klement's hot dogs topped with two 1/2 pound Certified Angus Beef patties, and 1/2 pound of thin sliced Certified Angus Beef top sirloin steak served open face on two hoagie rolls. Not enough for ya? We'll toss in two slices of cheese and a couple of dog toppings at no extra charge. If you finish it, we will throw your picture up on the wall!

We use 100% all beef Klement's Hot Dogs - Turkey or vegan dog can be substituted for any hot dog. All dogs are served on steamed bun unless you say otherwise.
